We finally have space to hold our cooking workshops in our own location. The large kitchen in Schlüterstraße gives us the opportunity to pass on our inspiration for vegan cuisine.





There is a lot of curiosity, anticipation and the desire to explore the typical ÆNDRÈ way of cooking together in the air.
We start with a welcome drink and seed crackers for the first small appetite.
Then Janine shows us how she makes broth – an essential ingredient for soups and stews of all kinds. There really is nothing better than home-cooked warm broth – the participants will agree with this when they try it. But before the tasting could begin, the brew had to simmer and the first recipes were started.
Divided into small groups, we prepare starter, main course and dessert. They chop, pluck, weigh, fry, stir, season and taste, and most importantly: ask questions and exchange ideas. After two hours, the most delicious 3-course meal is cooked.
We sit together comfortably by candlelight and enjoy what our hands had prepared a few moments earlier. Every time it is a moment that makes us deeply satisfied and makes us certain that we would like to spend many more evenings like this with you.
