In the Deli we work without reservations, just drop by. There are 25 seats inside (old building, unfortunately not barrier-free) and 25 seats on our terrace (barrier-free). We also have a large take-away offer – so you can also take all our food home with you.
Welcome to our Deli. We have created an inspiring place for you, a place of encounter. A place where you can enjoy nourishing food. A place for discoveries and question marks. For enthusiasm and curiosity.
This place welcomes everyone who wants to spend time alone or together with friends and family. Of course, all our dishes can also be taken away to enjoy at home or at work. Whatever you choose, you will feel nourished, satisfied and energized when you leave our deli.
What we serve you is 100% plant-based, seasonal and mostly made from organic ingredients.
And what we do with the food, is pure magic.
We believe that the choices we make about where our food comes from, how it is prepared and how it is consumed have a direct and powerful impact on the health of individuals, communities and the environment. Food is a language all of its own, it can open doors and connect us to each other. We also believe in the power of the communal table – for everyday life and life’s celebrations – a place where conversations are animated and ideas are born. This is the foundation for sustainable and thriving communities.
We serve you fresh, nourishing dishes that are full of flavor and nutrients. Our aim is to support you on your personal journey of healthy eating and in your everyday life.
Healthy plant-based & seasonal kitchen
You can eat on site or take it with you for on the go. Please bring your own container or use reusable boxes from Vytal.
For breakfast, we serve various warm porridges, Bircher muesli and smoothie bowls, savory dishes, sourdough & sweet breads. For lunch, you can choose from our wide range of seasonal, delicious salads. Our stews and nutritious, filling soups will warm you up and give you all the vitamins you need. We also have a wide range of side dishes and breads to keep you nourished.
The food we use harmonizes with our body, our mind and our environment instead of damaging them.
For in-between meals, we have a delicious take-away offer: A selection of sweet, yet healthy treats. For example, mocha bean cake, cashew cheesecake and matcha squares.
Fresh juices, Specialty Coffee & Co.
We serve you a wide range of hot and cold drinks.
Our hot drinks invite you to take a break from everyday life, relax and go home feeling refreshed. We offer an excellent selection of specialty coffees, teas and matcha.
You can choose from our cold-pressed juices, nutritious smoothies and fermented drinks to boost your nutritional intake while enjoying a refreshing beverage. We also create creative cold brews to pique your curiosity with the rhythm of the seasons.
And we make freshly pressed ginger and lemon tea or warming apple and ginger tea. Our biodynamic coffee comes from the coffee farmers of the Jaltenango community in Mexico and is roasted weekly by Black Delight. Our baristas are proud to serve you a very special cup of coffee, along with frothed plant milk.
You can enjoy your drinks with us or take them on the go. Please bring your own cup or use the recup deposit system.
