We are currently looking for a second location as our current place is far too small by now. If you hear or see something, let us know.
We are only working with reservations for groups with 10 people and more. If you are planning to visit us with such a big group simply make a reservation via firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are planning to come by with a smaller group you usually have a good chance of finding a table, especially if the sun is up and our terrace is open.
All of our food is plant-based, free from soy, peanuts and added sugar. In addition, most of the food is gluten-free. If you have any other allergies, please ask our team in the deli and we can most probably find great options for you as well. Online orders: As we are still in the early stages, we are unfortunately unable to cater for additional allergies when ordering online – but we are working on it!
Almost all our food is gluten-free. We use buckwheat flour in our breads & muffins. However, our oat porridge is not gluten-free and the spelt sourdough bread also contains gluten. Also, our kitchen is not 100% gluten-free, therefore
The majority of our products is organic. At the moment, this equals about 80% of the food we use.

As we offer different packages there are also different order deadlines. At the moment we are not able to offer delivery for our Weekdays and Weekends packages. But we are working on it!! For now you can simply come by the deli and pick up your packages from our lovely team.
Weekdays package: Pick up on Sundays before 16.00, order until Friday 13.00
Weekends package: Pick up on Saturday Mornings, order until Friday, 11.00
Specials packages: Delivery 2x a week, order at any time and receive your package 3-5 days later
Weekdays package: This package is made for one person, for 2 full days. If you wish to order this package for more than one person, simply add as many packages as you need. Please be aware that all our food is freshly cooked without additives. For that reason the food will not last much longer than 2-4 days.
Weekends package: This package includes everything two people need for a nourishing brunch. Depending on the size of your tummy you might have a few leftovers for the next day. If you are planning to enjoy this brunch with more people we recommend to calculate one package /2 person.
Yes you can. As we work with zero waste philosophy please make sure you only order as much as you can actually eat.
If you would like your Weekdays package to arrive weekly simply reorder your package in your personal log in area. After your first order this process is very quick and easy. We are currently working on providing a weekly subscription process.
Unfortunately you can not swap the meals on the menu. We are currently working on customized options but until then we encourage you to be curious and try something new. All packages are plant based, gluten free, free from soy, peanuts and added sugars.

You can freeze our hot meals. The salads are not suitable for freezing.

Our menu in the deli and for the packages changes monthly, with the seasons. We are working on weekly changes and a broader menu for our weekday packages to secure enough variation for you.
We try to pack our products so that they do not break. We use 0% plastic and only recycled materials. If something does get broken along the way, we are very sorry! Please send us an email including photos and a detailed description to email@example.com. and we will find a solution. Thank you for your help!
We deliver our AENDRÈ Essentials and our Specials package throughout Germany via DHL. If you want your order to be sent to another country within Europe, please ask us for the individual shipping costs via firstname.lastname@example.org. Our At Home Weekdays and At Home Weekends packages can only be ordered within Hamburg. For now they can not be delivered, but you can pick them up in the deli.
That depends on the size of your order. Within Germany the costs for a Specials package are 4,50€. Orders over 50€ are shipped free of charge.
For all orders via DHL: Yes, you can. You can find out exactly how this works here. Please provide us with the relevant information when placing your order. This is the only way we can deliver your parcel safely to your Packstation.
Your parcel will be with you within 3-5 working days. We do our best to keep that promise but as we are a small team it might happen, that your products arrive 1-2 days later. You can track the exact date of arrival with the DHL tracking code you receive via e-mail.
Yes, you will receive a DHL tracking number via email.
We try to make everything possible. However, as soon as the parcel is already packed or leaves our warehouse, there are no longer any changes possible. Just send us an email to email@example.com.
To save resources, we do not send you a printed version of your invoice. You will receive it by e-mail and if needed you can always print it yourself.
Although we are aiming to always work with full focus and excellence, mistakes can happen. If they do, please let us know and you will of course receive the correct products.
