… in our spaces. We have created inspiring places, to connect. A place to enjoy nourishing food. With space for exploration and for question marks. For excitement and curiosity. In this space you are welcome to spend time alone, or with friends and family.
But you can also take all our foods with you, to enjoy at home or in your workplace. Whatever you choose, you will feel nourished, satisfied and energized when leaving. What we serve you is 100% plant based, seasonal and made mostly of organic ingredients. And what we do with these foods is magic.

We believe that the choices we make about where our food comes from, how it’s prepared and eaten have a direct and powerful impact on the health of individuals, communities and the environment. Food truly is a language on its own, it can open doors and has the ability to connect.

Our food
We serve you nourishing, fresh food, bursting with flavour and nutrition. Our aim is to support you in your journey and day.
All our food is plant based. And with that we mean 100% vegan. All of our food is free from wheat, dairy and refined sugar. Most of it, is gluten-free. Our food is seasonal, we carefully craft a new menu each month. We keep our sources close. Our menu listed here, is our fundament, but the specific dishes and vegetables change often because we roll with the seasons. We prevent waste and we cook everything ourselves, every day.

For breakfast we serve you various warm and cold porridges and smoothie bowls, savoury dishes, sourdough & and sweet breads. For lunch and dinner, you can choose from our wide range of seasonal, vibrant meal salads. Our stews and nourishing, filling soups will warm you up and bring you comfort filled with all the vitamins you need. Besides this, we have many sides and breads to keep you going.
For your in between moments we have a delicious grab-and-go range, as well as a selection of sweet but still healthy treats. Think mocha bean cake, salted caramel cashew cheesecake and matcha bars.
You can eat with us or take it with you on the go. Please bring your own bowl or make use of vytal.
Our drinks
We serve you a vibrant range of cold and warm drinks. Choose from our cold pressed juices, nourishing smoothies, tonics & ferments to level up your nutrient intake while enjoying a refreshing drink. We make dimensional cold brews, rolling with the seasons, that encourage your curiosity. Or choose our carefully curated selection of German natural wines to explore a new way of wine making. In our restaurant we serve you, in addition to this, various specials, mixes and a broad selection,
Our warm drinks invite you to take a moment out of your busy day, calming down, and leaving energized afterwards. We offen an excellent selection of teas and matcha. And we make fresh, cold pressed, ginger lemon tea or warming apple ginger. Our biodynamic coffee comes from the Arhuacos in Columbia and is roasted weekly, by black delight. Our baristas are proud to serve you a remarkable cup paired with steamed plant based milk.
